The Fitness Studio classes are suitable for men and women of any fitness level. There’s a wide variety of workouts, with different exercise levels available in each class, to suit any individual and their particular needs and goals. All classes are easy to follow and uncomplicated, so you can achieve a fulfilling workout, work at your own pace and intensity and very quickly start to improve and ultimately maintain your fitness level.

Fitness Yoga & Pilates Mixes Yoga & Pilates based exercises with gentle body conditioning and stretching, to strengthen, lengthen and tone even the tightest of muscles. Easy to follow and designed to tone and strengthen abdominal muscles and lower backs, enhance posture, improve balance and maintain flexibility. A happy mix of standing and mat work with a delicious relax at the end.
