The Fitness Studio classes are suitable for men and women of any fitness level. There’s a wide variety of workouts, with different exercise levels available, to suit any individual and their particular needs and goals. All classes are easy to follow and uncomplicated, so you can achieve a fulfilling workout, work at your own pace and intensity and very quickly start to improve and ultimately maintain your fitness level.

Body Sculpt The ultimate class for body toning, sculpting and shaping. Burns calories and fat stores, conditions muscles, increases metabolism and bone density - and is great FUN too! Nothing complicated, only simple, effective, strengthening and toning exercises using dumbbells, resistance equipment and body weight. Great music and great workout!
Keep Fit An anti-ageing workout using easy to follow aerobic exercises to strengthen the heart and lungs and body conditioning exercises to strengthen joints and tone muscles. Fit & Fun An inspirational, easy to follow cardiovascular workout, excellent for fat burning, increasing metabolic rate and keeping heart and lungs healthy. A great stress buster, releases tension, motivates and revitalises. You will feel phenomenally good - groovy music too!
Step & Tone An extremely popular, easy to follow Step workout that really challenges the heart and lungs, whilst toning and strengthening the whole body.

Legs, Bums & Tums Does exactly what it says on the label! Uncomplicated, challenging workout targets those stubborn areas. Using good old fashioned formulas that achieve results and exercises that burn calories, raise metabolism and fight osteoporosis.
Fitness Yoga & Pilates Mixes Yoga & Pilates based exercises with gentle body conditioning and stretching, to strengthen, lengthen and tone even the tightest of muscles. Easy to follow and perfect for toning abdominal muscles and strengthening lower backs. It will enhance posture, improve balance and maintain flexibility. A happy mix of standing and mat work with a delicious relax at the end.
Uses all the original Pilates principles
and techniques and is designed to particularly tone and strengthen abdominal and lower back muscles. Will also improve body condition, posture, balance, core stability, flexibility and well being. Not to be missed!

1 to 1 Fitness Training is available at The Fitness Studio, fitness training and exercise guidance with a qualified professional on a personal and friendly ‘one to one’ basis. A wide and enjoyable variety of exercise disciplines can be used to kick start weight loss, tone, strengthen and condition the body and improve overall health and fitness. All sessions are tailored to suit individual needs and requirements. Block bookings are available.
